  • You don't have to settle in finding a home and feel rushed to buy once you get your old home under contract. Take your time find the perfect home for your family, move in and then list your home to sell.

How the program works: 

  • Fill out the application on your home to see if it qualifies. This takes about 24 hours. 
  • Once your home is approved for the program, then you will get prequalified with our preferred lender.  This part takes 48-72 hours. 
  • Then we will visit your home and takes notes and pictures to submit to get the final approval.  This takes about 24-48 hours.
  • Once approved for the home swap, we then begin your search for a new home.  
  • Once we find the right home, we make an offer that is non-contingent on your old home selling...making your offer stronger!  
  • You close on your new home in 30-45 days and in the mean time you begin to pack up your home and ready for your big move! 
  • Once you move out we then do needed renovations and get the home ready to sell for top dollar. 
  • We list your home for sale on the MLS and begin to market the home for sale, host an open house and show the home as often as we can. 
  • The attorneys office will make payments on your old home mortgage on your behalf until it sells. 
  • Once we sell your old home, the money you borrowed for renovations and the old mortgage payment will come from the proceeds of your sale and pay back our program with no interest or fees. 


  • The homes must be under $500,000.
  • You must have 25%+ equity in your old home. 
  • You must be working with our team on the purchase and the sale of your homes. 
  • You must apply for a loan with our preferred lender. 
  • You will utilize our vendor for repairs if needed on your old home.
